Explore Sarasota Florida with us, this wonderful place where natural beauty co-exists in harmony with appreciative and friendly people. When there, among many other things you can also learn the recipe for a butterfly garden, pose for a photo with an alligator and shop till you drop.

"Money" magazine named Sarasota Florida the "Best Small City in the United States" in December 2000 and for us it is not difficult to see why. Sarasota is the place where you often hear people say: "Another day in Paradise". By the way, "Paradise" is the nickname of this beautiful city! We visited it almost 5 years ago and keep coming back ever since.

No matter what you are after during your holiday - Sarasota County in Florida has it all! Sarasota's downtown and its keys have a great number of Art Galleries, boutiques and great places to eat. St. Armand's Circle on Lido Key is one of my favourite places. It is a wonderful experience. There are truly unique gift shops where you can find something for everyone.
Small and sophisticated, yet without pretence, Sarasota Florida averages over 300 days of sunshine a year and yes, you can swim outdoors on Christmas day as I did last year - it is summer all year round there. What happens if an occasional cold front comes? There is still plenty of sunshine that inspires beautiful art and lifts you mood. And don't forget about shopping if it is not beach weather!
